Our simple delivery process

We've designed our service to be as straightforward as possible, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience from order to delivery.

Schedule your delivery

Contact us via phone at (902) 824-6742, email at deliverease2026@hotmail.com, or join our Facebook group DeliverEase to schedule your delivery. You can even pre-book your orders ahead of time!

Curbside pickup

We offer curbside pickup at stores and fast food restaurants. Please send your confirmation number before we pick up your order to ensure accuracy.

Payment & personal shopper

For orders without online payment, such as many restaurants, e-transfer is required before delivery. A personal shopper charge applies for non-curbside orders, with payment via e-transfer beforehand.

Order finalization

Once your delivery is booked, changes cannot be made to the order. This ensures our drivers can maintain their schedule and provide timely service to all customers.

Driver responsibility & receipts

Our delivery drivers are not responsible for covering any shortfalls in order totals. You will always receive a delivery receipt for your records, and your items will never be left unattended.

Vehicles, drivers and items are fully insured. Each driver carries proof of full coverage insurance. All vehicles have mandatory monthly upkeep to ensure all vehicles are safe and items are safe in our care.
